Files and credentials

Kondor does not send user file names, file paths, file contents, credentials, remote addresses, or command text to Tepesoft analytics. Connector credentials stay in Kondor's encrypted credential store on your Mac.

Analytics and crash diagnostics

Anonymous diagnostics may include a randomly generated app identifier, feature use, app version, macOS and device details, performance timing ranges, file-operation type and size ranges, and crash stack traces. Kondor does not identify you or create an analytics profile. PostHog processes this data for Tepesoft, and the PostHog project discards client IP addresses. Other usage and diagnostic data is limited to these aggregate values and the technical context needed to understand a crash.

To stop future collection and remove queued PostHog data from your Mac, turn off "Share anonymous usage analytics and crash diagnostics" in Kondor Settings > Privacy.

Purchases

Mac App Store purchases are processed by Apple. Website purchases are processed by Paddle or the checkout provider shown at checkout. Tepesoft does not receive full payment card numbers.

Support and website

If you email support or use a feedback flow, we receive the information you send so we can respond, debug issues, and improve the product. The website offers optional, anonymous Umami analytics and privacy-masked Microsoft Clarity. These tools measure page visits, campaign attribution, downloads, and website interactions only after you allow analytics. They do not receive file names, file contents, credentials, support messages, or other data from the Kondor app.
